A little about me.

My name is Craig Carter, and I love photography. I caught the shutterbug early in life when my parents gave young me an Instamatic camera and a roll of film. I didn’t get the chance to take many pictures as a child due to the expense, but got hooked anyway.

Later on, before digital photography was available, I inherited a 35mm Minolta Maxxum 7000. I wore that camera out. I spent a lot of time with it, and a lot of money, learning and practicing.  I have some very fond memories of that time, and some very fond photographs.

I went on to earn two bachelor's degrees. One in Communications/New Media. The other in Business/Production and Operations Management. My education has provided me with critical thinking skills and analytical abilities to help navigate a variety of scenarios, situations and environments.

I worked in Atlanta doing media production for many years. I was a professional videographer, video editor, graphic editor, video engineer, line producer and more. I have experience working in dynamic and highly technical scenarios with clients and associates of all types including corporate executives, union bosses and workers, public servants and average Joe’s.

I also worked at a popular local television station right here in Macon Georgia for many years. I worked behind the scenes in the engineering and production department as part of a team dedicated to bringing you news, sports and entertainment.

Now I am working on building my own business doing something I love. If you want to learn more about me you can check out my blog.
